Where Does My Order Ship From?

All orders are shipped from Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

How Are Products Packaged?

Each product is packaged in durable, protective materials designed to keep your order safe during transit.

What Happens If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, Neesh Labs will replace it (subject to product availability).
This timeframe accounts for possible delivery factors such as customs inspections, weather delays, and postal backlogs.
Once the 30-day period has passed, we will process a claim with our mail carrier and arrange a replacement shipment.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your return is due to a defective product, incorrect description, or an item sent in error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Product Warranty & Guarantees

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping for damaged or defective returns will be covered by Neesh Labs.
For all other returns, standard return shipping fees will apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (less applicable return shipping fees) within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@neeshlabs.com.

Delivery Times

Neesh Labs ships from Ontario, Canada, using multiple carriers, including ICS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and USP, to provide the best possible shipping rates.
Average delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that your local postal service will handle final delivery once your package reaches your country.
