Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

You must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Damaged or defective items will be returned at no cost to you.
For all other returns, return shipping charges will apply.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fees, within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
