We’re proudly based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, and all orders ship directly from our Canadian facility.
To provide the best possible shipping rates, we partner with multiple carriers, including GLS, ICS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and USPS for deliveries across Canada and the United States.

Average delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service will handle the final delivery.


Import Duties & Taxes

When purchasing from outside Canada, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of your destination country.
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Many countries, however, have a tax-free import allowance, so additional charges may not always apply.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed before completing your purchase.


International Shipping (United States)

We currently offer international shipping to the U.S.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we’ll refund the order amount minus return shipping costs.
